Sestito Claimed, Stolarz/Alderson Signed

Today the Vancouver Canucks claimed Tom Sestito off waivers as reported by TSN’s Ryan Rishaug via Twitter.
In 7 games for the Flyers this season, Sestito scored 2 goals and racked up 12 penalty minutes. Last season Sestito saw action in 14 games for Philadelphia posting 1 assist and 83 penalty minutes but injuries limited him.
Of course Sestito scored the Flyers only two goals in a victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning earlier this season at Wells Fargo Center but he’s been largely a healthy scratch of late.
Flyers were busy today making a few moves:

Brandon Alderson, 21, is currently playing with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the OHL (Ontario Hockey league) here’s a look at his numbers:
